  • The best time to post on Facebook is between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. 
  • The best day to post on Facebook is Wednesday. While Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday also have notably higher engagement rates.
  • The worst time to post on Facebook is in the early morning hours, and also, in the evenings. For example, before 7 a.m. and after 5 p.m. 
  • The worst day to post on Facebook is Tuesday.

  • The best time to post on Twitter is between 9 a.m and 1 p.m. While Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. generates consistent engagement.  
  • The best day to post on Twitter is both Tuesday and Wednesday. 
  • The worst time to post on Twitter is between 10 p.m and 4 a.m.

  • The worst time to post on LinkedIn is during the weekends or after work hours.

The best time to post on Facebook in 2020 is between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., preferably on a Wednesday.

The best time to post on Twitter in 2020 is between 9 a.m and 1 p.m. on both Tuesday and Wednesday.
