Updated February 20, 2024: Applications for the Boost Your Business Technology grant are currently closed. Due to a high volume of interest, the Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) Boost Your Business Technology grant is fully subscribed and is no longer accepting new applications. If you have a valid CDAP grant agreement, you can continue to work with us and submit your claim for reimbursement once your Digital Plan is complete. Be sure to check when your agreement expires and submit your claim before that date to remain eligible for the grant. The CDAP Grow Your Business Online grant of $2400 remains open for applications.
Canadian Digital Adoption Program
The Canadian Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) offers subsidies to small and medium sized businesses and entrepreneurs to develop a digital roadmap and transformation strategy.
CDAP will provide eligible companies with Boost Your Business Technology grant payments to offset the cost of support from an approved digital advisor, like KWB Accountants & Advisors. The grant is 90% of the cost of working with a digital advisor, up to $15,000. Note that a $2400 Grow Your Business Online micro-grant is also available to assist you in working with an e-commerce advisor.
Digital Transformation Strategy Development
Working with KWB as your digital advisor, you will receive:
- A thorough review of the current state of your business including tools and technology already in use, business and process challenges, business performance, and your strategic goals
- An analysis of available tools and technology illustrating how they can improve your business processes and performance
- Identification of digital solutions that should be considered and how those solutions align with your business goals and imperatives
- A digital technology implementation strategy that considers your business goals, governance, culture, business model, key processes, and capabilities
- An implementation roadmap to identify key business actions to take to adopt recommended digital solutions that includes timelines and milestones, costs and expected returns on your investment, and best practices
Ongoing Business Advisory Support
With a completed digital transformation strategy in place as part of the scope of CDAP, KWB is available to support your implementation process. We offer our clients:
- Implementation of your customized cloud accounting and digital ecosystem based on the digital transformation strategy developed within the CDAP program
- Three months of support and training via email and Zoom
- Guidance to take advantage of all the benefits of your new digital solutions to ensure improved business performance and expected outcomes
- A regular scheduled monthly meeting to review results together
